Dr. Martina Ryan

PhD, IPMA-B®, PMP®


Martina is a successful and dynamic transformational leader with more than 25 years industry experience in the areas of Project/Programme/Portfolio Management, Lean/6-Sigma and Quality as a practitioner, leader, instructor and mentor.

Working initially within the pharmaceutical industry in the UK and Ireland, her leadership roles included R&D, New Product Introduction/Product Transfers, Project Management and Quality/Continuous Improvement (Lean/6-Sigma Black Belt). In 2005, Martina set up MRA Consulting Ltd., and since then has worked with a variety of public and private organisations, including environmental, construction, pharma  and financial services sectors.

Martina brings her wide ranging technical and practical knowledge to all of her consultancy work and training programmes. One of her main strengths is her ability to facilitate organisations and teams to identify appropriate strategies and implement simple, pragmatic solutions to drive improvement and deliver change. She believes in keeping complexity to a minimum, the emphasis being on achieving practical, lean, simple and self-sustaining programmes.

Niall Connery

MSc, MPM, PMP


Niall has over 25 years' experience in project management consultancy and training over a wide range of organisations including: AbbVie. Alliance. Sligo Chamber of Commerce, St. James' Hospital. UCD, VHI.

Holds the following qualifications: MSc. Masters Project Management (MPM). Project Management Professional (PMP®) and QQI Level 6. Training Development and Evaluation.

Lectured on the Master of Project Management Programme in the University of Limerick (UL) and PMP® certification courses in the Institute of Project Management.

Jim Mogan

Mbc, MBA


Jim worked as a Senior Project Manager in the Brewing, Automotive, and Food industries for over 30 years internationally.

Held a role as director of Operations in Africa before entering the training arena.

Delivered Leadership Development Programmes with The Industrial Society in U.K. before joining the American Management Association in Kansas to design and present seminars in project management, teambuilding, and leadership.

Trained over 100,000 participants internationally over a ten-year period.

Returned to Ireland and established “Teambuild Ireland" to design and deliver project management training with a whole range of commercial and public sector organisations, which includes H.S.E. Railway Procurement Agency (Luas project), Road Transport Authority, Housing Agency etc.,

Set up and managed PMOs for commercial clients in a variety of industries whilst delivering PMP accredited training.

Seamus Woods

Project Director IPMA-A, PMP


Seamus has over 25 years' experience in project, programme and portfolio management in the public sector in Ireland:

Prior to that was Senior Operations Manager and member of former Mid-West Health Board Management Team.

Seamus is a certified Project Director at IPMA Level A. and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and lectures with the Institute of Project Management.

Alistair Marshall

MSc - Digital Learning Consultant


Alistair is a digital learning consultant, working with clients to implement digital learning solutions and learning support platforms.

With over 25 years’ hands-on experience in digital learning, Alistair has held senior positions both as a client and as a supplier within the learning industry.

Originally a Microsoft IT trainer, after studying for a Master’s Degree in Interactive Media and Computer Science he went on to become production manager within the Learning Technology team at NatWest Bank.

Since 2000 Alistair has run digital learning consultancy businesses, working with numerous blue chip organisations (B&Q, Boots, GSK, RBS, HP, Adecco, HMV, 3 Mobile, Tesco, Bentley, HCA, Premier League) designing and implementing high quality elearning content solutions and platforms for their employees and customers.

Alistair has now consolidated his experience, working with partners and associates to provide industry-leading expertise in digital learning consultancy, LMS implementation, design, development and delivery.
